Our People

The Board

Pauline McLeod, Chair

Pauline and her family own the Margaret River BookShop. She has a 30 year history of community involvement having served as a councillor and Deputy Shire President in our Shire and as President of the Margaret River Chamber of Commerce. She is a former manager of the local tourism association, a teacher, a marketing and events manager and served on several national and state boards in tourism and regional development.

Joe Forte, Deputy Chair

Joe brings a comprehensive knowledge of music in both performance and production, and has extensive experience working with volunteers and community groups. Having grown up, gone to school and formed his first band in Margaret River, Joe is passionate about the community and the connections radio is able to create, in particular, by providing information about local events and playing great music.

Rebecca Lemm, Treasurer

Rebecca has called Margaret River home for the past 20 years. She’s worked as a senior manager with the Tourism Association for over a decade, helping to promote and support our beautiful region. In her spare time, she volunteers as a coach with the Margaret River Netball Association.

Matthew Wittorff, Secretary

With a strong background in the not-for-profit sector, Matthew has worked extensively supporting people with disabilities, bringing experience in strategy, compliance, and delivering high-quality services. Growing up in regional WA during the 1980s, radio was an important part of daily life, and music played a big role in shaping his love for community connection. He’s proud to be part of RMR, helping keep the spirit of radio alive for future generations.

Angela Dufty, Marketing

Angela joins us with a strong background in arts, working in theatre production and event management for the likes of Circus Oz, Opera Australia, Australia Ballet and most recently and for the last decade in logistics for Sculptures by the Sea. A life long fan of independent voice and media, she is enthusiastic to see us go free to air.

Martina De Pascalis, Marketing

Martina brings a multidisciplinary skillset to the team. She relocated to Margaret River in early 2025 to advance her career as a Construction Project Manager. With a background in architecture and a passion for design, graphics, and music, she approached RMR to become involved with a local not-for-profit community organisation. Martina has played the piano since the age of eight and is also a yoga teacher.
